There could be several causes. First take a test light and make sure you have power going to the wiper motor! (Pull the power connector off the wiper motor and test there. If you have power there, you either have a bad wiper motor, or the ground strap on the wiper motor is loose (a common problem on those cars) Try running a jump wire from the motor housing to a good body ground! If the wipers work, secure the ground strap (I like to use a self tapping screw to the firewall)

If you have no power to the motor, it may be the switch, or it may be a problem in the wiring.

With power and good ground, if the wipers still do not work, you will need to replace the wiper motor!

Edit: Chrysler vehicles also have a grounding strap on the wiper motor. By re-securing the ground, I have solved problems on many MOPAR vehicles made in the early 90's

Just because the turn signals and high beams work, doesn't automatically mean the switch is good. The wiper switch is run on a different circuit, and that part of the switch could be bad.

Only way to know is to check for voltage at the motor connector (as already described). If there's power there when the switch is turned on, then it's the motor gone bad, if no power, then likely the switch is bad. Also, the motor should be grounded through the wiring harness, not with a ground strap.

Maybe the windshield wiper motor is burned out? Have it checked by a good, reliable and honest mechanic. Good luck!

If not the fuse then that leaves motor, switch or wiring. You get the idea, if you mechanically inclined start checking there if not have it done for you so as not to waste time and money by shot-gunning parts at it.
