Do they not like their colored uniforms or something? I've always been curious about that. Does anybody know why they both do that?

A team can choose which color they want to be their "home" jerseys that they wear when playing at home. Most teams choose the dark ones. It just so happens that Dallas and Washington want to wear their white ones at home. It is their choice. They aren't the only ones to do so either.

I guess for Dallas it is basically that they have not a lot of good luck in their blue jerseys and prefer to be in white . The Redskins like their white jerseys basically and just prefer not to wear their dark jerseys . The Rams before their changed their colors did not wear their dark jerseys very often as well.
The Browns did not like wearing their Brown jerseys for the longest time but they changed after awhile.

They think they're special and want to be "different." They like to wear their whites at home which is the opposite of most teams. When they're on the road, the home team wears darks so they end up wearing their whites nearly all games.
