They are all great classic movies but for me South Pacific as I saw it back in the 50s when it first came out, in Glasgow & the , then new, surround sound system really blew my mind.

Not going to bring my political views into this, but some (other) girls have claimed to find Mr. Ryan physically attractive. So that's something to take into account if you're going for frightening. Unless drooling fangirls are sufficiently frightening for your purposes...
