Do you think they'll bring back the old AGP type graphics cards.......(for example) make like an 8800 gtx graphics card AGP compatible.

The high end cards will just be bottlenecked by even the fastest AGP set up. It will just be a waste of money because the performance gain will not be realized.

Go into Accessories and lookin the Systems Information area, generally under the tabs is a Hardware section, this will tell you, if it is anything in the last 2-5 years, AGP or PCI-E is a common type, most of them will take up to and including 128 or 256 mg, depending on the slot voltage. I am a MCSE and A+ tech, if you find the board type, then check the manufacturer's site, it will tell the capabilitys and type's of video card it will accept, for Vista you need at least a 128 mg card, but as they are reasonable now a 256 mg would run $65-80 US and is a better value.

Nope.

Tis the nature of progress my friend.

Computer hardware has moved on.

To play the new games you need the new hardware and that's where the money is for the card manufacturers.
