Why do i always have the same dream when i get sick?

i hardly ever get sick but when i do get a bad fever or the flu i always have the same dream, its kinda like a nightmare but its not that scary. i have not been sick in quite awhile so i dont remember the dream that well, but what i do remember is that there is a fear that is everywhere, I mean like the trees feel it, the rocks, the ground, and i feel it and its kinda weird i almost see fear like a shadow moving all around(like the way you would see wind if you could) and there are no colors in my dream everything is just kinda dark and gray, and in my dream im aware that im lost trying to get somewhere to do some sort of task ive been ordered to do. I have only been sick like 3 or 4 times in my life. im a older teen

You get the same dream because your subconscious is trying to tell you something. I get the same dream but in different forms when I fail. In one dream I was playing soccer and could not hit the ball after attempting to hit it like 5 times, which just lay on the ground and did not move. In my second dream I was fighting with someone and could not hit that person, but in real life I would hit him several times. Both of those dreams occurred after I failed something important.
