Several factors have to be considered! Are you using the jack and lug wrench that came with the vehicle, or do you have a floor jack and impact (power) wrench? Is the spare accessible, or is it somewhere where you have to crank it down on a cable?
With the factory tools, and the spare mounted under the vehicle, it will take about 20-25 minutes for the average person to change the tire! With the right tools I can do it in 5-10 minutes. If I have the rest of the pit crew from the race team with me, and we have a spare tire that is accessible, we can do it in 2-3 minutes.

Depends...
If you're stuck on the side of the road in the middle of the night, and all you've got is the factory jack and lug wrench and a cigarette lighter for a light source, it could take HOURS to do it yourself.
If you're pulled into a service bay of a well equipped tire store with pneumatic tools and hydraulic jacks, and a mechanic that is ready to get the job done, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes!
