You beat the Manta Storm by continously spraying at it and you'll notice he will slowly start to get smaller and smaller,Just keep spraying...In case you haven't noticed I wouldn't try just standing there because they multiply fast!

I think the easiest way is to stay underneath one of the 2 umbrellas, then keep running out and spraying them, then going back under.
It can take a long time, but its actually really easy, you just have to be patient.

LOL.... if you don't mind me saying, your a noob. It is very easy, all you have to do is keep spraying it. Everytime you do it gets smaller. When FLUDD says "They are all after you", just go on the beach and keep running back and forth, spraying when they float towards you.
