This is what is says in my packet:

We can get energy (NRG) from digesting carbohydrates, lipids and proteins. What 3 elements are found in lipids?

Would 2 answers be Trace and Structural?

Three elements? Well, they are primarily composed of hydrocarbons (which by the name alone should suggest they are made up of Hydrogen and Carbon), with relatively small traces of Oxygen.
