Well, the Steelers 1975 defense also won Superbowls in 1976, 1979, and 1980. The Bears 46 defense only won one Superbowl.

The "Steel Curtain" of Pittsburgh is the best defense, and the best ever BY FAR, and the most consistent. Mean Joe Greene, Jack Lambert, L.C. Greenwood, Dwight White, Andy Russell, Mel Blount, Jack Ham...Pure Dominance....
Everybody who says the best defense ever was the Bears 46', tell me, how many superbowls did they lead there team to? 1, Thats right, ONLY 1. The Pittsburgh Steelers "Steel Curtain of the 70's won 4 and are considered not only the best defensive team ever, but the best dynasty in NFL HISTORY !!!!
