Most defenitily YES! I was in LV for a full week and didnt got the time to do much gambling. You can just scroll around and stare at all the hotell casinos and they day and night life and you can do some serius shopping (Like the ceasars shops) in a number of breath catching galleries or small specialist shops. Or you can enjoy dinner at top class resturant as well as the famous buffets. Or you can go on tours to Grand canoyon or enjoying numerous wildlife excebits in the city (!). And then there is the famous Las Vegas shows... In Vegas there is something for every body. Johan

Yes, I'm not a gambler and I always have fun in Vegas. There are other things to do such as watching shows. I'm a big cirque du soleil fan so I love going to see there shows. Also each hotel has its own theme and has various free and paid attractions, in addition to shopping. Visit those. You can also visit the wax museum, they also have where you can watch and rate potential TV shows. You can take a tour of the grand canyon. Vegas also has an abundance of restaurants, and you can always find some type of breakfast or dinner special. Also make sure you visit Fremont street for the light show. And at night go to some of the night clubs.

I have been to Vegas twice and I am not a gambler. I had a blast! There is so much to do. Free things: Pirate show at Treasure Island, Volacano at Mirage, the water/fountains at Belliago, the light show downtown and much more. You can get discount tickets for shows at a place called Tix for Tonight (not sure if that's correct...they have 4 locations). It's worth checking out if you plan to see some shows. You can get tickets almost half price there for Madame Tussaud's. I have been there twice and it's been fun. M&M world is pretty cool. It is cool to go into the different casions and see the different themes. It is also fun to sit and people watch. The first time I was out there we took a tour to the Grand Canyon. That was amazing. There are all kinds of things to do outside of Vegas too. There is also the outlet mall. It didn't cost us much for transportation. We took a shuttle bus from the airport for $12 (round trip). There was a two hour wait for cabs and traffic was crazy. You can ride the bus for $5 a day. We took it downtown to see the light show. Also downtown, they had a stage with bands playing. It was nice to hang out downtown too. There are so many different shows to see and many, many different places to eat. You will have a good time. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes. Check out lasvegas.com. That was helpful for me to kind of get an idea what I would spend for food and entertainment. It breaks things down by price ranges. It also tells you what there is to do at each casino and how much it is. It will even list the free stuff.

my mother is from Vegas so we go every once in a while. And yes there are other things to do if you don't gamble. The entertainment is great, and it seems like you can always find something to do. Especially on The Strip (though known for its casinos). Just on the strip there is a World class mall, a few shopping center, theaters, restaraunts, Rides (including a small amusment park in a Casino called Circus Circus). There is also a number of malls, and waterparks outside the strip. Theres also the hover dam. which in my opinion is worth seeing. But being in a desert, uring the summer it gets very hot. And it also can get expenseve.

Hubby and I go and we aren't big gamblers (will play the slots some). Here are some of the things we do instead of gamble: took a tour of Hoover dam, walk up and down the strip and go in all the hotels and casios to soak up the themes and atmosphere, Restaurant choices are endless; show options are endless too. You can also see all the free attractions like Bellagio fountains and botanical gardens, TI show, Mirage volcano, Freemont Street Experience; or do some of the pay activities like ride the roller coasters at NYNY or Stratosphere, or go up the Eifell tower at Paris, ride the gondolas at Venetian, see Shark Reef at Mandalay bay. There is tons of shopping, site seeing, restaurants, shows and people watching to keep you occupied for DAYS without ever stepping foot in a casino. You'll have a great time!

Well you go there a lot so have you done the roller coasters, Stratosphere, Saraha, NY NY, Circus Circus, and the Freemont Experince, and the Palms has the ghost bar. Just for cruzing have you seen the statue show at Ceazers, or the Pirate Show at Treasure Island, or maybe check out Shark Reef, or lions at MGM, Mirage! If your looking for the ladies MGM had a great night club! Walking the strip can be an adventure in itself, have you been in Pairs or watched the water show or vaolcano erupt! Have you been in the Venishian with the boats! Also Tropicana has a little park with flamingos thats pretty cool and they have very large parriots! The Rio has a prety cool party. The New Orleans has a really really cool martigraw party!

There are acutally other things to do in Vegas besides gamble. You can go watch shows, shopping or visit an attraction . There are a lot of different shows going on in Vegas. The bellagio has this one water show where the water fountains "dance" to a certain tune. They also have this:

Here is a list of some of the majors shows in Las Vegas:

Best place to be if you don't gamble. So much to see and do. The food is great. The entertainment is unbeatable and the weather is great. Go to www.vegas.com and look around the site. You will see all the various things around town. Sure the city is built on gambling and everywhere you go you will find it but you don't have to do it if you don't want to. So just walk around, go to shows and have some great food.
