Forgot to add that Lyndon is my dad's middle name, but we like the spelling "Linden" better.

I like Tate for a girl as well as a boy. Asher is a nice name, (it means 'happy' or 'blessed' in hebrew) so is Cameron and Logan. I also like Graham (can be spelled Graeme, that's my uncles name lol) and it's pretty uncommon these days. Aldyn too, that's quite rare. And Lily is so pretty!

From your boy list I like Ian, Tate, Asher, Graham, and Cameron. I love the significance the name Tate has in your family (that one would be my favorite). I wouldn't choose Tate for a girl though, I like Tatum.
On your girl list I like Teagan and Eden. You stated you didn't want anything too popular...Lily (#33 in 2006), Avery (#52 in 2006), and Logan (top 50 since 1996) are all very popular right now.
Good luck with your choices.

For Guys I Like Chase And Logan
And Girls I Like Lily.
As For Tate...Well No Offense Cause
I Know Your Looking For Original Names
Which, Having Been Stuck With Michelle,
I Totally Understand.
But Would You Really Want To Be Stuck
Being Called Tate For The Rest Of Your Life.
And Even If You Did, Your Daughter
Would Probably Get Teased A Whole Lot.
And For That Same Reason I Wouldn't
Want Name Her Teagan, etc. Either.

Boy-
Ian
Tate (hubbys mom's maiden name)
Girls-
Lily
Personaly I'm not a big fan of names that are places, verbs, or remind me of food. I really like the name Ian that was on my list. Lily is not a name I would choose but I do find it to be pretty.

If you're looking for name's that aren't "popular" right now, you need to also delete from your list Denver, Logan, Cameron, Savannah and Lily. That said, here are my comments on the names you have listed, since you asked for opinions.
Boy-
Denver - I don't care for place names.
Ian - Very good name (even though I am slightly biased against it because my son has a friend named Ian, and I don't like him much.)
Tate (hubbys mom's maiden name) - I like it a lot.
Linden - It's ok. I definitely prefer the original spelling Lyndon.
Asher - Don't care for it.
Chase - It's ok.
Graham - Good name. And I don't think you'll come across many others.
Holden - Not bad.
Logan - Don't like it. Never did.
Cameron - Good name. But pretty popular these days.
Girls-
Teagan - Don't like it.
Savannah - Hate it.
Avery - Really good name.
Aldyn - I think this could grow on me. It's interesting.
Eden - Nope. Don't like it. (place name)
Lily - Beautiful name. But as I mentioned before, it's pretty popular right now (which doesn't bother me, but you said you wanted something NOT popular).
Selah - Don't like it.

My daughters name is Taytem .
After having 3 kids i know how hard naming is.
I made lists and lists of my favorite names, but out of every list none of my kids got any of the names on them.
olivia noelle ( my sister had the honer of naming her) as soon as i heard it i knew it was the one
Taytem Gabriel ( i know it's the boy verson of gabrielle, there is a reason) I just heard the name at the beach about 2 weeks before my due date and knew it was the one.
Averick ( the A is like the A in Avery, not avenue)
I made many lists for the boys name and none of them sounded right, i got a baby book from the 1940's and this just popped as soon as i said it I knew it was the one.
All the middle names are named after family members.
Anyways my point is as soon as you hear it and say it yourself you will know when its the right name. So don't beat yourself and hurry up and decide on the name right away it will come to you. ( look at the taytem paragraph, it may seem like never but it will come) Good luck!!!
For my opinion, i like Tate, but i'm kinda biased, lol

I love Tate and Logan for a boy, they sound great!
Teagan and Lily are really pretty names for a girl!
Odd how I picked 2 names for each and they each have a name starting with T and L, lol, that was pure coincidence!

I like Cameron and Ian...those names a lot of people have heard of. I really like Logan. For a girl I like Savannah and Lily. They sound pretty. I have never heard of Teagan, Avery, Selah, or Holden. You know though it's all up to you. You'll find the right name.
Some advice...which maybe a little late. Never tell anyone your secrect baby names!! Someone will make a comment on every name "oh I knew a Holden and they threw up all over the gym floor my senior year..." ect. baby name destroyed. It's best to save it for your partner and then when you name your baby these stories won't come up.
