If I am on my period and it's a light day for me, and I have an orgasm, like right afterwards I notice that a lot of blood or blood clots would come out. So that it looks like I am having a regular day and have to go change my pad. Sorry if it is too graphic, I was just wondering if it was normal of if it happened to anyone else?

This is totally normal and its actually good for you. What happens on you period is the unused lining of you uterus is breaking off and flowing out of your body. When you orgasm your uterus does contract and shudder, which helps the lining of your uterus break of faster and easier. This can help relieve cramps since cramps are you uterus's way of trying to get the lining to break off the wall's of the uterus. So yes, its normal to get a higher flow after you orgasm since all the stuff that broke off during your orgasm is now flowing out.

This is normal. Sometimes I will masturbate with a pad on and I will have to change it after I orgasm. Your muscles relax when you have an orgasm. It also helps with cramps!!

Yes, orgasms help the flow along during menses. They can also help alleviate cramping. :-)
