would USA benefit from Free Medical care to EVERYONE?

OR would we just end up paying more taxes and get crappy health care?

England does that and all that does is bring a load of immigrants into the country and they take advantage of it. However America has that anyway so they might as well do it.

Just take a look at all the other counties that have it (There are 16). They are thriving and ours if falling apart in every area. I don't hear a single country that does have socialized medicine clamoring for our greed/selfish system; Why do you think that is?
