Hawaii and Kansas have comibined to beat 2 or 3 teams with winning records.

that's pretty damn funny, although I'd like to see Hawaii play a big school. That would be entertaining, although their QB might get killed (he seems to be injury prone). If Kansas beats Oklahoma in the title game it'd be hard to deny their legitimacy.

I have to be honest, I have watched both teams and looked at both schedules repeatedly and I do not think an honest person can compare Kansas' schedule to that of Hawaii who has the easiest of all former 1A teams and still nearly got put out yesterday

Really now...please tell me who Kansas has played? Compared to who Lsu and Oregon have faced. I really don't think Kansas should be where they are now...they've had a really easy schedule., but they will lose to Oklahoma anyway...
and by the way all Lsu's close games and their one loss was to ranked SEC teams...

If Kansas can go thru the Big 12 undefeated, they should be considered legitimate. LSU has had a few close games and a loss.

That is what the BCS tried to accomplish with the extra BCS game but it has not worked that way. That is not a bad idea though.

yale plays in it... they are currently 9-0 and no one is touting them for the NC game.
