Dear..
I do not know why you have been wrongly informed about CA.
It is the place where Silicon valley with all the Software Experts are doing tremendous job. It's a place of busy busy work and also pleasant places to see.
People are good.
Many of our youth from India too are doing good work in Software area at California.
So there may be people from all States of USA, working in all other States of USA. But somehow I feel your information that "as there are no lives , many from CA are in the place' where you stay.
I request you to obtain information and correct your opinion.
