If a customer arrives once you're interior the midst of a communication, it relatively is surely fantastic to proceed the communication. For that remember, it relatively is optimal for the customer to pass away the room for the era of your call. in case you acquire a decision AFTER the customer has arrived, it relatively is optimal to the two: a million. no longer answer the telephone, or; 2. as a results of fact the customer to excuse you for a 2d and answer the telephone and tell the caller which you have company and which you will ring them back after the customer leaves. it relatively is the regulation of who replaced into there first.

no, you don't have to stop your life just because someone comes over... just don't be that long on the phone. Isn't it rude to tell the person who calls you that you will have to call them back later?? what's the difference??

Yup, except if it's an emergency or they're over for a sleepover and you are making/confirming plans.

yes, unless its sombody who overstays their welcome and cannot take a hint. Sometimes it is better to make it their idea to leave, even if they think your rude, than to hurt their feelings. It is a choice of the lesser evil I think.
