You need parental permission or a court order to get them as a minor. Sorry, but you're probably too young to be sleeping around anyway, and hiding it from your family is *NOT* going to make things easier in the long run. Best advice is either discuss this with your parents (most are more understanding than you'd expect) or keep you pants on until you're supporting yourself.

I think everywhere in the US you can get a prescription before you're 18. Thing is getting (and paying for) the appointment, then paying for the prescription. This stuff is usually covered by insurance, but most kids have to tell their parents, or if they use their insurance card their parents will get a report that it was used, and for what.
I couldn't afford a Planned Parenthood appointment nor the pill when I was 17. Once I went to college I got a prescription from my Health Services. Up until then, why don't you use condoms with additional spermicide, like foam or jelly put in with an applicator, or a suppository. It's outstanding pregnancy protection, and easy to get. Not to mention, the pill will not protect you against sexually transmitted diseases like AIDS/HIV, but a condom will.

You can go to planned parenthood or a similar clinic in your area and get birth control. They do offer discounts if you can't pay full price. Go in and ask or give them a call. Planned parenthood also has free birth control options if you qualify.

You see a gynecologist. You don't even have to be 18 or having sex at all. I started them at 12. You get the one that the doctor recommends.

you can only get them with a prescription, so you'd have to see a doctor-probably a gynocologist.
and if you're under age your parents will have to be there to sign.
