when you see a % sign, just divide by 100, or move the decimal to the left 2 spots

The answer is .055 all you have to do is move the decimal point to places to the left because percents are out of 100. so you have to move it twice to the left because 1/100 is 0.01 and thats 1% and you moved it twice to the left to get that. If thats to complecated think of it like this:" There is a percent sign, so it means 100. There are two zeroes in 100 so I move twice to the left to decrease right to increase"
