I don't know. It might be against the law. There might be a heavy fine. Ask a lawyer!

All I really know is I did it with my GF in college in a dressing room---of a theater while a play was going on!!!!!--- in a restroom in a pub with my wife not too long ago. It is so hot and exciting! Part is the forbidden place and danger of being caught.
I hope you get away with it, but if you are worried ask a lawyer.

You could make out in a dressing room without going all the way. Going all the way is risky, and rude to other customers. Don't believe what the movies show...you will get caught. Unless of course you both work at the department store and are there after hours. Thats another story entirely.

Of course it is against the law, the only places you can legally have sex are on your own property, or private property like a hotel, or someone else home. Where no one else can see you. And honestly that is just nasty. People shouldn't have to worry about being exposed to something nasty like someones bodily fluids when they are in public places. Use some common sense, people go to stores with their children and children also use dressing rooms. They don't need to see something like that.
And if a child were to see you, then you just exposed your self to a minor, what do you think would happen then. And the least you will get charged with some kind of public ludeness, obscene behavior and who knows what else.

Well know days at less in the US Getting caught Is one thing but the chance of someone kid saying they heard or saw some and he or she parent Wright wring Bible pusher.
Needless to say you There are some Risk that you have to take in consideration that can be blown out of proportion In witch some District Attorney can exploited more for his or hers own self recognition rather than the issue. Some parent will then might try and sue because the child need therapy for what they were exposed to. That more minimal to happen but possible
But if you are discreet and quite enough. I will say sex can be so intense when there the risk factor of getting caught. But can U 2 handle the emotional embarrassment if you get caught.

It sounds fun, but maybe having sex somewhere else more discreet would be the best way to make your sex life more adventurous. Having sex in a dressing room is against the law it's called "lewd behavior." I hope my advice helps. Best of luck!

The dressing room is a public place, one of you is in the wrong area (dressing rooms are usually segregated by sex). It is technically illegal.

That being said, most likely you would simply be asked to leave if caught. However, if a child sees you having sex, there is always the possibility of sex charges being brought against you.

While it might be more of a secluded location, it's still a public place. You will probably be caught since those places aren't really sound proof and someone will hear you. You will probably be charged with something since you're having sex in a public place and that's indecent. There would at least be a fine.

Yes it's against the law. You face public indecency charges, as well as indecent exposure, and if there are any children around permanent sexual predator labels for indecency with a child, if a child happens to see you or be in the area. You face big fines and up to 5 years in prison.

Yes it is. Public indecency.

The penalty will vary by local with some places in Alabama being harsh and California probably giving you a monetary fine to pay for the time the police have to put into booking you.

That said... sounds like fun.
