does anyon know of any good audition sites for a young teenager

none of them really work well. Especially if you are an amatuer. Usually people hire agents for that. If you want to find shows to do look around you, your paper, school, community, people do shows everywhere. If you're not looking for shows on stage then like I said you usually need an agent to do anything.

look for websites advertising local shows. another great way is when you see a poster for an upcoming proformance, write down the company, where they're preforming ect. ect. then, contact someone asking when they're hosting auditions for their next show. If you're comfortable, try giving them your name and offering to send a resume. no matter what though,keep trying! if you really love thearter you'll be able to get in somewhere! :]good luck!
