have u tried turning it off and back on again mine will do that sometimes and that helps. if it doesnt u need to call ur provider and tell them and they should be able to refresh ur walkie talkie for u.

You have to have the walkie talkie ID of the person you want to connect to.

Only other BOOST Mobile or Nextel phones are compatible.

try turning it off and on, or a master reset, go to settings-advanced-connectivity-master reset-the code is all 000000000000's then it says caution see manual, just hit ok. and it will rest that should do it
