A specific body of water? Like the Gulf Of Mexico or the Bay of Bengal? Hudson Bay? Bering Sea? There's many examples. They are still attached to the ocean, but have different names!

It is a body of water that has land on three sides and the fourth side is an outlet to the ocean...usually called a harbor or bay.
