You could go up on Lycabettus hill, either in the restaurant or in the cafe, it also serves very good food. Great view and good restaurant.
Or at Dionysos restaurant, which has a good view of the Acropolis.
In the summer there is also a nice restaurant in Thiseio, called Filoistron, with a roof with a great view of the Acropolis.

If you take the metro to the port, which is very easy to access, and takes no time to get there. Once there take the ferry over to the closest island. It is a great scenic ride, and there are several cafes there right on the sea, with fresh seafood, and a great view!

Orizontes on lycabetus hill - by far the best and the most expensive. At least, the food and the service are good (at dionysos the food is crap). Or a seaside restaurant, i.e at Mikrolimano
