The most likely way that will really help you stop is to get someone to hold you accountable. That is, you will have to find someone you can be totally honest with, who wants to support you, and who is willing to challenge you as needed. It is too difficult to do it alone, even if you want to, due to "shaky willpower" as you mentioned. There are internet resources for getting off porn, which you can find with a search. But if an internet accountability partner or program isn't enough, find a real person you know and trust who can help. And, yes, for the sake of your relationship, you need to let your partner know you are struggling with this and are trying to quit. You may not want to choose that person to help you with accountability though.

Install a filter on your computer, and have someone else choose the password -- and make them promise NEVER to tell you what it is.
Try to imagine that someone was treating your sister, your mother, your girlfriend, or some other woman you respect in such a degrading way. YOU are supporting the degradation of women -- all women -- if you watch porn.
The money you spend on porn goes to largely criminal enterprises, so what you plunk down to watch some woman being treated with contempt may help sell drugs to neighborhood sixth graders. Take responsibility for the choices you make in how you spend money.
Whether you tell your lover or not depends on the relationship you have with her and how supportive she might be willing to be in your struggle. You know her and what her reaction is likely to be. We don't know her at all so can't say. But do look into support groups for porn addicts. It's important to your self-respect and your relationship with your gf to rid yourself of this disgusting habit.

If you had a problem like going out with prostitutes and getting serviced do you think your "lover" would mind?
Jesus said if you lust with your eyes you are committing adultery.
So the bottom line is that every time you look at porn, or other women in a lustful way you are committing adultery (I am not bringing up the fact that you are just fornicating).

If you trust her; tell her.
Otherwise, put your computer in a public room where it'll be more difficult to view.
