Cruise to Alaska. I lived there for 3 years and am returning next summer on a halibut fishing trip;
Candlelight dinner, only because eating under the stars may take my mind off of food;
Camp by a river because I love the sounds of rushing water, plus I love to canoe;
Tell someone I love them because that sentiment will most likely be returned.

Uh, definitely the cruise to Alaska. Sorry DC, but there is more scenery. But DC has the best little underground illegal stores for pirated DVD's and cheap Chinese food.
Eat under the stars, because I have always lived near public lighting at night, and was never able to see a lot of stars.
I would camp by the river, because backpacking throught the forrest isn't as fun.
And as for the 4th, I would prefer both at the same time.

Candle light. Under the stars is good for storytelling, but I'm not fond of spiders or any other nighttime crawlies.
Camp by a river

I've been to Alaska and DC. Give me Alaska. The traffic in DC is worse than Miami and all the chauffers have Diplomatic Immunity. If you get in an accident, you're screwed.
I've read your menus. Candle light - starlight. If you're cookin' I'm eatin'.
I don't do backpack with my previous injury.
OMG! A commitment looms. AAAAGHHGH!! I'm so confused!
