I already have a horrible job, WITH a Horrible boss. So anything would be an improvement.

I would take the good job with a horrible boss, because there is more of a chance of the boss leaving or becoming better than the job becoming better.

I would say a good job with a horrible boss. People are always changing so your boss won't last forever. Just wait him (her) out! At least you know you like your job and are competent at it. That should give you allot of satisfaction.

a good job with a horrible boss. that way at least i only hate one aspect of the job. if the rest of it is great, than i can handle a bad boss. i've done it before!

Depends on why it was horrible.
Mind you either would be an improvement on my current job I hate and boss whos making eyes at me.
