Not to Worry!!! You can convert all your music into WAV using iTunes (free download at www.apple.com). Here's how:
First of all, open iTunes. If the program asks you if you'd like to search your machine for music SAY NO.
Go to the "Edit" menu and go to "Preferences" A window will open
Using the tabs at the top, select "Advanced"
There will be another tab system below this one. Select "Importing"
Find the "Import Using" drop-down menu and change it to "WAV encoder"
Then, put all your music into iTunes. You should have your music converted!!!
I hope this helps.

You might try aumpel, a program that I've developed for Windows. It can convert WMA, WAV, MP3 to WAV (or MP3 if you want).
http://convert-mp3.arbingersys.com/
It allows you to simply drag and drop multiple files and convert them all at once, and even allows you to put all the output files in a single folder.
It's shareware, but you can try a demo for free.

Here's a really easy, SAFE way to do it. Go to http://www.zamzar.com and find the file. Then click Convert to .wav. Then type in your email.
A few mins later they'll email you, just click on the link and press Download. Then press Save and save it somewhere where you'll be able to find it again.
Then open iTunes, click File > Add File to Library, and it'll put them in for you! =)

If you're running linux, simply install mpg123 and run the command "mpg123 -w filename.wav filename.mp3".
If you're running windows... uninstall windows, install linux, then install mpg12 and run that command. It'll be worth it, believe me. I suggest ubuntu as a distribution.
