Are you talking about street drugs? Those that you don't get at a drug store using a doctor's prescription? There are dozens of these, and you can't cover them all.
You could start by making a list of the most common ones.
Then you can easily use Yahoo, Google, etc. to get information on each one.
In alphabetical order I'd go with cocaine, ecstasy, hashish, heroine, marijuana methamphetamine, nicotine and steroids.

There are probably thousands of drugs even without counting the generic ones.
The US Food and drug Administration http://www.fda.gov/default.htm fegukaes and approves drugs.
The other sites below give you information about drugs. A number of them list all the approved drugs and gives you information about them in alphabetical order or by use.There is also the drug site from "Consumer Reports " and one site that gives you the pronunciation of the drug names.
