HOWDY!!! Stew-O,
I think John, Wayne's movies were great western, civilian, and military. I like Sands of Iwo Jima, Flying Leathernecks, and Since it is Veterans Day and being a Vet myself and to all other Veterans Happy Veterans Day!!! VETERANS and my choice of John Wayne movies is; The Green Bert since me and many others were in The NAM.
