It seems to me that when I was younger I used to have a lot of strange experience with ghosts or whatever it was. Much more experience than now. Once, I got really scared, when I was around 15, there was something sitting on my bed! It even touched me! I could barely breath and couldnt turn over and have a look at it, otherwise I would die, if I saw something. But it WAS there! I didnt hear it go away, but it wasnt there anymore when my mum came to my room later...
I also saw something moving in a mirror. Do you think I am mad? Whatever. I dont know what i saw, but it was moving, thats for sure! And nothing was in the room, so what was it???
I believe in ghosts, because I REALLY talked to them, with witnesses, it was so strange. Dint seem scary, but still, I am scared of them, after a ghost experience I hate being alone!!!!
Like, I cant watch horrors, never will, because there is something true in them, only very exaggerated...

Your question is all over the place but here goes...it doesn't matter if you believe in ghosts or not. If you are going to have an experience, you will. Ghosts don't care if you are skeptical or a believer, they are around all the time. I have been a paranormal researcher for almost 20 years and have had many experiences and each one makes me want to have another. As far as evil or malevolent.....NEVER!! I have never walked into a building, home or on a property and been confronted by a demon or anything evil or malevolent and it has never happened to anyone with me. I think there are ghosts with attitude that pull my hair, give me a shove, etc., but nothing that could be considered a demon. I think what you may have experienced was sleep paralysis. I am NOT discounting your experiences but I wasn't there and am only going on what you have stated. I think you may have seen something in your mirror. In the old days, Medieval I think, they did what was called scrying which is using a mirror to receive messages. Many people still use it. I also used to enjoy horror movies, i.e., Nightmare on Elm Street, etc., but now, with the movies being so real and graphic, I am no longer interested. There's enough to be scared of out in the real world than to be scared by a movie paralleling reality. It is up to you to believe or not but they are all around us and only want to get your attention. They have messages and we just need to listen.

Well going on your past experiences, they haven't actually caused you any physical harm, so there isn't anything to worry about is there?

I've had 2 experiences; something paranormal does seem like a possible explanation, but I try to be open minded. The first experience involved a lot of noise and some moving objects which was a little scary, though I did not feel in any danger, and the second time I felt nothing but peace and serenity.

It is quite possible that there is a logical scientific explanation for your experiences; perhaps it was a very realistic dream or trick of the light, so do consider that. If they were ghosts, I do believe that they did not wish you any harm and you have had an amazing experience.

Try to stay calm.

I know what you are saying if you are telling the truth.

I have seen and heard from sprits, ghosts which ever you like to call them since I was a child.

I can not enter into a dark room alone, I hate open closet doors, and I really do not like dark shadow people. I am a hughe fan of Ghosts Hunters on SFI!! I think that they have opended my mind and answered a lot of questions about why, how and when I am able to see ghosts.

I think that we all have the ablitiy just some chooes not to use it. I have no choice, plus now that I am having another baby, I seem to attract more sprits than ever....I wonder why??

I do believe in ghosts, or spirits as i choose to call them. I am a bit like you, I watch scary movies etc then I scare myself to death when I go to bed. I make myself all jumpy. I have been attending a spiritualist church this year and have come to learn much more about Spirit, and i can assure you that when a spirit comes close to you, ie: sits on your bed, there is nothing to be scared of. You can mentally ask them to leave you alone if you feel scared, and they will go. It is chance to be a loved one who has passed to spirit, and they do not wish to alarm you, they purely want to be remembered, I would acknowledge that they are there and thank them for visiting you. You do not need to speak out loud, they know what is in your thoughts and heart anyway. I had an experience just last week where 'someone' tugged at my quilt in bed 4 times, i didnt like it and i asked them not to do it anymore, I have had peaceful nights since. Please do not be scared of loved ones hun.

Ghosts have never harmed a healthy living human being. I go even one better to conclude that ghosts may have scared someone with a weak heart to death--but any total of such is quite likely to be very very small.

Ghosts are spirits stuck between our living material world and their nether world. Those who are content in such a situation tend to avoid human interaction, fearing such will whisk them forever away from our world. Ghosts who DO interact w/ the living may be those who DO want to move on--hoping we will help them.

Parapsychologists and "ghost hunters" feel varying enviromental factors must be present to allow physical visual and / or audio proof of a ghost presence: electromagnetic activity, geological deposits of limestone in or near an active ghost presence area and energy put out by us living beings.

First and foremost.. do you believe that God exists? If you don't know that He doesn't exist, well, look at the bible, it talks about spirits all the time. So now having witnessed spirits yourself, you must know that God does exist!...

Your not "mad", this however is the job of some jealous spirits or demonic type spirits to make you think!.. I know this to be true. I see spirits all the time.
I can describe how they look when you actually see a spirit.
The spirits kinda look like the "Predator" movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger... when they turn invisible.. but not soo much wavy lines in it. But seeing one does seem to "bend" the image behind them.. .it's cool but wierd at the same time..
When you see spirits in the mirrors, usually it's on the curvature of the mirror and not the direct mirror that you are looking at... It's weird too because you don't know if your mind is playing tricks on you or not.
However, if you ever hear voices.. don't trust them. AND if you can hear a voice.. then that means that if you see a spirit.. it is not the spirit's voice.. but if you see a spirit and hear a voice.. it's not the spirit you see either...

They only do one or the other.. they don't talk if they are visible, but if they are visible, then they don't talk.
IF for some reason, you see one and the spirit is talking... it's utilizing ANOTHER ... WEAKER spirit to talk through!...

The things with spirits too.. is that they can imitate images EVEN VOICES.. they may know even what YOU think to be is scary looking.. they can even imitate living and dead relatives... The fact of the matter.. don't put your faith NOR trust them...

If God wants you to know something.. HE WILL let you know... by the way of the "will".
This is why God is to be unseen, because spirits and demons would capitalize on the fact and "play God" to the ones that don't have too much faith.

I know this for a fact.. I have experienced much in my lifetime about it... and I teach the TRUTH. I am many different religions.. because I believe that God is in everything and anything...
if you go to...

I worked in a really old home that had been converted into a nursing home.
I REALLY did see a ghost...reasons why I know she was a ghost are too long to get into.
At the time, I wasn't scared...more puzzled. But By the time the story had got all around all the staff and they added in their bits I guess I kinda freaked myself out.
It didn't bother me after a bit.....I knew she wasn't out to hurt anyone and was probably just a bit "lost"

I am not usually afraid, a few years ago on holiday we went around where monks had made wine in the past, we were at the top of the building when some doors flew open and another slamed - but I ran down the stairs it was creepy

Hey i hav been through the same experience. I would wake up ever morning at 12 am to foot steps the lights would turn on and off i thought it was my dad but it wasn't my blood would run cold it was so scary. The foot steps would come running into my bedroom and a scary voice said lets break her legs and one night my sister woke up to a demon pulling on her leg. From my experience evil spirits/poltergeists don't like it when your not scared of them because they feed off negative energy... The best thing to do is put salt around your bed buy some white sage and burn it through out your house. Pray to archangel st michael. Most glorious prince of the heavenly hosts st michael archangel defend us in battle and in the tremendous struggle we carrie on against the principality's and powers of darkness and all evil spirits come to the help god created immortal fashioned to his own image and likeness and rescue at a great price from the tyranny of the devil..

Well, The ghost you are seeing must be someone who passed away in your family and they love you very much and want to be with you. If thats not true, seek some help.
