I'm comfortable with my sexuality so if a woman were to wink at me well first, I'd look around and then point and myself and mouth the word "me"? Then I'd smile and doing another mouthing "thank you" and continue on my way.

It would be the same if it were a man. Some people you react to with a momentary connection. Then others you refrain from making eye contact.

I'd probably smile and wink back. It's nice to be noticed, it doesn't matter the other person's sex.
