The people saying that Bush (President and his administration) did no wrong and violated no law.
1. Would they be willing to come out in the open (make their identity and background open and known), so as to back up their statements and claims?
2. By telling people who you are gives more teeth to your words. Please state your qualifications, fully, in making such claims to back up your words.
3. If you are wrong, would you be big enough to back down and agree that the President SHOULD BE indicted?
4. HIM Yao Sui, as a foreign head of state and lead negotiator for the 1990-91 Iraq War, would be willing to accept the role as special prosecutor. Would you Bush supporters allow this to occur and if the anti-war people were successful at getting him appointed as "Special Prosecutor", would you seek to have this man assassinated, if he gets too close to the truth?

vtjames, I feel that your answer is very reasonable. Others who have posted comments were vindictive and blind to truth. Sad to say! If a man accuses another of great crimes against this nation and the alleged man tried to have the accuser silenced, what would that say about the man who allegedly committed these crimes. In other words, if President Bush tried to defame me or HIM Yao Sui, chief negotiator of the first Iraq War, could people say, "Well the President was not guilty!" Why then would the President do such things!
Anyway there is ample evidence of the President's guilt and many people are fully aware. The question in most people's minds is why hasn't the President been indicted?
Two million innocent Iraqi people died in the Iraq War (1991-2007). We cry when our soldiers are killed, but we have very little sympathy for Iraqi people! This is wrong!
I tend to agree with you james, most of all. I met Kucinich and I am in agreement with all, almost all of what you have to say.

I can only guess as to what the top Democrat leadership is thinking and I would say that she and they are really in the dark as to what the Iraq War (specifics) is all about.
We human beings sometimes forgive people for violations of the law. Violating the law is not the issue, but the millions of innocent lives being taken is the issue!
A man can j-walk. That hurts no one at that instant. But, if a man runs the stop light, hits a pedestrian, and runs away from the scene. That's a crime! If the man said I did it in self-defense, because the other man earlier threatened my wife and stuck a finger at me...his doing so (hitting the man and running away) is a big violation of the law. Such is the case with the President and with other people in high places for a fraudulent war and the taking of 2 million innocent lives.
This war was NOT necessary as Saddam did not have WMD that we claimed, nor did he violate bogusly created UN resolutions!
You guys are just too much!

Cancer Man said: "Since January when the Dems took power in both houses they have not been able to do anything they promised?
Is it Bush's fault that he has not been impeached??
Why aren't the troops home?"
And I like what he said! I feel (personal opinion) that the Democrats are not as sincere as they make themselves out to be, yet that's no reason to abandon the Democrat Party.
A lot of the above things should have been done, but weren't and it wasn't for a lack of evidence or proof!
If brought to trial, Bush and company (Bushco) should be found guilty, due to the enormous weight of evidence against them and two million people died as a result of the Bushco fraud! 300,000 in Junior's 2003 illegal war and 360,000 in the ensuing civil war from 2003 to 2006.

no humanity. That we care not for the innocent people
that war kills, Nor do we care about our government

The reason the democrats have not moved to impeach is because they know that there is no evidence of any sort that Bush or Cheney have done anything wrong. The far left types like old Dennis Kucinich are pushing because they dont deal in reality. The leadership knows that it is much more beneficial to the democrats to wage a propaganda war in the media where they need NO EVIDENCE for the charges to stick. If brought to a trial and Bush/Cheney are found innocent because there is NO EVIDENCE that they did anything illegal, the democrats lose the Bush Lied mantra as a campaign slogan and they cannot afford that

How stupid. In America you have to have evidence. Because you don't like someone isn't good enough.
When did everyone get so stupid. They make claims but never can back them up.
I hope these idiots are never on my jury. Hopefully the jury system will kick these nuts off as they have no business judging anyone.
Ignorance of the law is no excuse, and neither is ignorance of logic.
Folks... if you vote Democrat, these are the type of people you will be electing. We had that before and when one of them lies under oath and is charged with perjury and obstruction of justice like Clinton was, these people claim he was charged with having sex outside of marriage.
If you want this country to be run without logic, that's what you'll get and these are your people. They haven't done a darn thing they said they were going to do if they got control of the congress... just all smoke and mirrors that think everyone is illogical and they can fool them every day.
When you start holding congress accountable, is when you will see a change. If you don't you will get these wild hyped up claims that have no merit. Demand they do their job instead of blow smoke!
I'm not joking... this insanity of this guys post with off the wall names such as HIM Yao Sui, is typical in the Democratic Party. It is made up of a bunch of people that have their own agenda and no one can get a job done.
If they were in power when 9/11 happend they still would be investigating who did it. And most likely when the diplomats went over to Pakistan to arrest Bin Laden they would be held hostage and we would have another 444 days like we did under Carter negotiating their release.

Neocons are ex liberals. Perhaps they carry over some of the hatred that liberalism causes. Bushcos, I assume, are die hard supported of Bush and when someone follows a person that strongly they often allow emotions to rule their actions, much like liberals always do. Most Neocons and "Bushcos" are anti abortion, so babies for breakfast is not likely on the menu for them.

I find it curious that a 100K real estate deal in Little Rock Arkansas caused a grand inquiry for Hillary, while Cheney's connection to Halliburton goes unnoticed. Especially if you consider the $9 trillion dollars in national debt our country is currently stuck with. How much of that $9 trillion went to Halliburton?

What ever it is you're calling for, try breaking it down into one concise question. Which Bush are you referring to? Just one or both G.H.W, and G.W. Bush. Bushco means nothing. What's Him Yao Sui got to do with the current Bush?

Your question is a reflection of what seems to be a common theme in the democratic agenda - yet another investigation to indict without a single, valid or verifiable example of alleged wrong doing.
And that's calling a spade a spade.
