the shackles she was placed in could have been easily used to place her in the stress position which has her placed on her knees with her arms and legs beind her attached to the wall or bench. it has lead to the exact death she suffered. Her name was Carol Ann Gotbaum, maybe an angry ex military police officer decided it would stop her screaming.

No, the autopsy would have revealed torture. Her family has hired an independant pathologist for a second autopsy.

I highly doubt it, the woman was mentally unbalanced. The only thing cops did wrong was not place her in a facility equipped to handle people in her condition.
