I don't know where you get the idea the everyone hates mustard. There are certain foods which demand mustard like corned beef or pastrami or hot dogs, especially Hummel's foot longs. Nathan's Chubbies would be lost without mustard. Coney Island would be deserted without mustard. Best you take a lesson on MUSTARD!!

Personally I actually strongly dislike both ketchup and mayo... So I'll sometimes end up using mustard as the primary sauce when I'm making burgers at home.
I rather like that Wendy's hamburgers come with mustard... So that if I order a burger with no ketchup and no mayo there, it still has some kind of sauce on it. Also rather like how In 'n Out's uses Thousand Island dressing as the sauce on their burgers.

Mustard is decent, I do like ketchup more than mustard. I do like the spicy brown mustard though, mmmm.

That's not true. I love mustard. I really doubt mustard consumtion is any lower than it was 20 years ago.
