Hailey McKenzie is a bit too long and is also what every single little girl will be named five years from now. Go with Ella Jade, its beautiful, elegant and less common.
I like Jordan Riley too, its cute.

I like the names Hailey, McKenzie, and Ella, but not Jade - it's just never been my thing. Hailey McKenzie sounds really cute, as would Ella McKenzie. I like Ella though better, if only because I absolutely love the nickname Ellie. And I love that you used McKenzie as the middle name and not the first - it's popular, but I still love it lol. And thank God you spelled it correctly! I hate all the 'kre8ative' spellings running around out there.
For the boy's name, I love Riley, but not so much the Jordan. Once again, it's just really never been my thing. Riley Jordan would be awesome though.

Ella is a pretty name. I always try to picture a older person with some of the trendy names, and sometimes it just doesn't go. Ella could be a little girl, a woman, or a grandmother too. Good luck!

make your choice wisely, children in their younger years can be so cruel when it comes to names. all of the above are cute names though
