Since this is your first time i would start off really light. For an eyeshadow i would do a nuetral like brown, and then i'd wear Mascara if you clean of your brush with a paper towel it'll keep your lashes from clumping. If your wearing foundation apply it with a brush or sponge in light strokes in a downwards motion , and to make sure it's the right color check your jaw line. and don't forget to blend. Good luck

First of all, stay AWAY from green and blue. Green eyes, why green shadow? how will your eyes pop? dark purple, plum, copper, gold. But these are not for a beginner. Just put a light metallic colour on your lid. A little bit of shimmer on your brow bone. It will make your eyes appear brighter. You could start with a concealer.(cover up little flaws)Use it mostly inbetween your eyebrows, nose, areound the mouth. It tends to be redder in that area. If you don't want to use foundation, which could be heavy, don't. Apply a bronzer that doesn't appear too dark on your skin. It will give you a glow. A little bit of mascara darkens the eyelashes and wil lmake your green eyes pop more. Add a little clear or light pink lip gloss and your done!

Well you want to wear thee appropriate type of make-up for thee right occasion. Your clothing-style has too do with your make-up aswell.
But more over here are some of the basics.
Conceiler/foundation-you want to cover up the little flaws you have. Such *** scars, pimples etc. But you need to find the perfect foundation for you. One the matches your skin color and type perfectly. If your going to wear foundation I'd recomend to use a sponge instead of a brush. Because a sponge absorbes a lot of excess foundation and won't leave your face looking really fake and caked on. Which causes breaks out by clogging the pours. And apply it evenly all over your face. And a small amount under your chin.

Eyeshadow: {Green eyes} it also depends on what color or clothing your wearing. Green eyes are gorgeous and you always want to make your eyes stand out. But never overshadow them.

Blush: you need to find a blush tone that matches your skin color. If you have very fair skin I'd suggest a coral-pink color. But you don't want to put too much on or ealse you'll look like a clown.

Mascara: there's different types of macara for one simle reason. Everyone likes there eyelashes different ways. If you want them long and thick but NOT clumpy I'd suggest "Define-A-Lash" mascara from Maybelline. It works really great!

I hope this helps. But if not go to www.cosmopolitan.com or www.vanity.com for other make up techniques that might help.

~Good Luck!

Pinks, browns, greens and purples would go good with green eyes.

I suggest you start by curling your eyelashes with an eyelash curler or putting on clear mascara. It will help lengthen your lashes but not look too un-natural.

For eyeshadow, you could use one or two different shades that work well together. Soft purple on the lid with a bit of brown on the crease of your eyelid would really bring out your eyes. Same with green or pink on the lid in place of purple.

I don't suggest you wear liquid foundation, cover-up, or powder foundation. It will just clog your pores and you could end up with breakouts and unhealthy skin. But you could brush on a tad bit of bronzer or blush (in a subtle color) on your cheeks and temples, to give your skin a healthy glow.

For your lips, start by putting on chapstick, then apply a little bit of clear or slightly tinted gloss to make your lips look full and pretty.

Good luck!

The best color for green eyes would be light shades of brown, tans, and bronzers. Make sure you don't over do it. Make up is not there to cover your face like a clown, it's there to bring out your true beauty. Make sure you use a lip gloss to, and a light blush. Only put the blush on the apples of your cheeks, not all the way up your cheek bone. Good Luck! =)

Well, if you want a natural look, I can help you with that....it really depends on your hair and skin color too.....if you're fair skinned more than likely you're cool toned and would look best in pink lipglosses, brown mascara, pinkish-peach shimmery blush, and nude eyeshadows.....I think you can wear green eyeshadow to pop your eyes since you've got green eyes.....I'm not too sure about that 'cause they say don't match your eyeshadow with your eye color but I think you can.....but if you're warm-toned like me (I tan easily not burn) you would look great in orange tones......apricot, coral, peach......I like wearing these colors because they flatter my skin tone and enhances my features......well, hope I helped a little......

Purple eyeshadow is best with green eyes. Use an eggplant shade of purple right in the crease of your eye and some lipgloss. I think that look is best!

Hope that helped! =]

Start off with foundation. You can use a liquid foundation, or powder. Whichever you prefer. Make sure the coverup matches your skintone. For a shadow that matches your green eyes, I suggest bronze. And put a light shade of pink lipgloss on to finish it all off.
