Boys are boys...by nature and genetics they are annoying. Its worse when they like you--like you(aka crush)
I think it has to do with the fact that they have so much pent up energey and are trying to behave like men. so they act weird

i guess we can be because the simple fact that were guys i mean what guy can't be annoying... even the most silent guy i know is most annoying when he talks. and whats worse for yall is we 'sometimes' no were being annoying we just do it for fun sometimes like wen yall annoy us.

It's because girls mature earlier than boys some boys don't mature until like 16 ( some boys mature at,16 ) others mature earlier you'll never know hope it helped : )
