I notice he always smiles when talking to me. He doesn't cross his arms around me like he does when he's around other people.
I playfully touch him every now and again, and he doesn't seem to be annoyed by it.
I'm hoping that he's gay. What else can I do to know for sure?

ask him "are you gay". by now, since he is working, i think he has told other people and shouldnt be ashamed to tell people. good luck :D

I think that the easiest way would be to ask him.
Take him out for a drink and go to a gay bar and see what happens.

Keep on doing what you are doing and don't take things over board. You should ask some body to ask him if he has a girlfriend.

Start off by being his friend. Don't push it by asking, or assuming that he's gay. Get to know him slowly...You'll soon find out.

Hmm...well...chances are....he is. What I would do is invite him over, for beer or something. If he asks who else is going, tell him you thought it would be nice just for the 2 of you tonight. If he agrees, then he is probably gay. :) and, you can also flirt like crazy:) good luck!

Ask him out? Try to discuss such matters only when he's completely comfortable with you, outside of office, maybe?

hmm in my opinoin, u can talk to him like that kind of talk......................i llie that boy he is so cute just sare with him...........and ask him whatever his name(your friend) that what do u think?.........that boy is cute and not then he will tell you yes he is........or may be he will stop u.....in both answers u will .....is he gey or not. but better way to ask him........stringh...i like u.
