It is a place where time and space as we know it is no more. Time is stretched, matter is stretched, and light itself is stretched to the point of nothingness. Black Holes have been here since the dawning of the universe. There has been theory's that there are what is known as a parallel universes and black holes are their gateway, but it is just only a theory. The gravitational pull in a black hole is inescapable, matter, light, and time are drawn in a powerful vortex like a tornado here on earth but it rips anything and everything on the atomic level to the point where it is indistinguishable.

It will stretch you so severely that the atoms will no longer bind your matter in the same way they once did. As it stretches you, it will smash you. And ultimately make you insignificant and meaningless.
