You don't smoke, the cigarette smokes, you are just the sucker on the end of it. Seriously though, give it up now, it won't get any easier with time. I've been addicted to tobacco for forty years now, and I wish I had never seen the damned things. I've tried everything from gum to patches to Zyban, and I can't give them up. It will kill me, I know, but that is the dillema I'm left with. Be smarter than that and chuck them now.

There is only one way to quit smoking and that is to stop. Lose the word can't because it will kill you. My three best friends have died over the last 15 years..one was 41, one was 42 and the last was 54. Lung cancer, heart attack and pulmonary fibrosis.
If you believe in a higher power ask for help. Try breathing exercises..talk about it, exercise..anything to keep from putting that cig in your mouth...get your mind wrapped around the idea that by smoking you are slowly killing yourself. Never say I can't....Refuse to lose..

Seems like you may be under a lot of stress. That will keep your penis from holding an erection. First deal with the stress, and the quitting smoking, sleep and sex should get better.

Take some substitute to avoid cigarette. Divert your attention when you incline. Be rigid and go outside or do some work so that idea can be shifted to another thing.
You only will be the looser if cigarette you don't leave.
You will be in better if you go successful in getting rid of this nonsense habit.

I can understand you having problems, but I would be willing to bet that cigarette smoking is the least of your problems. Not the brightest light bulb in the house, huh?

So don't quit.

Do what I did just over 2 years ago.

Decide for yourself not to light the next one.
