Girls have a groin area too... not as sensitive as a guy, but can still be injured. I ripped a groin muscle in a motorcycle accident a few years ago, and had to have surgery. I have also given birth to three children, and the pain from that was NOTHING compared to the groin tear! X)

I'm sure you can. The inner thighs are muscular but also have a lot of connective tissue and could be stretched too much for their limit. Pulled muscles would hurt in that area, even for us women where the genitals are probably not involved. For us, injury to the genitalia would be more like a blunt trauma (bicycle bar) or some internal injury, not a stretch or strain, and not muscle related.

Wow, the first poster is a moron, yes you can get a groin injury, the groin is just the inside of your legs where they meet. It has nothing to do with the man-parts.

Yes, we have groins, too. It ius a muscle group, and if you play rough sports, it can happen to you too.

Yes, more than likely its proabably a streched muscle ice or heat should help if it doesn't go away in a couple of weeks go to the doc.
