It was like this before he became president, before the election in 1992. It has nothing to do with the impeachment or Monica or anything he did while president. The hatred was there, encouraged by people like Rush Limbaugh. The day Clinton first took office Limbaugh was on him, making it sound like Clinton was a threat to our country and our future. It was completely irrational.
