Diwali is how it's spelled in English, but it's pronounced Divali. Indians usually switch pronunciations of w's and v's.
In the northern areas of India it's generally known as Diwali. In the south, its Deepawali (pronounced Deepavali).
However, all are the same holiday.

All three are the same. Diwali and Divali are the same, but the Western accent makes the 'w' sound like a 'v'. Officially, the holiday is called Deepawali, but it is shortened to Diwali. All three are acceptable.
