Girls tend to have a growth spurt in their early to mid teens - so you could grow quite a bit in the next few years.

At 13, you're probably going to see some growth in the next year.

Depends on how old you are now... most girls stop growing around 18 so if you're close to 18 you might not get much taller.... sorry =/
