Thank you so much !!! A friend had sent me that address in an email and had thought it a wonderful thing to do....now that I see it AGAIN I made sure to write it down and intend to follow through. I appreciate the reminder to NOT get so busy that I forget the important things.

Actually, if you visit the website, you will find that they do not need any Christmas cards sent. The were totally overwhelmed last year. Instead they are asking for postage stamps and pre-paid phone gift cards. Then I heard someone tell me that they had more phone cards then they needed. So I would suggest that you contact first before doing anything. <><

It is a great idea and I had planned on doing it myself but I have heard that it will not reach a soldier. You have to know someone specifically to send it to or they will return it or trash it. It cannot be addressed to "a recovering American soldier".
I think it stinks but that is what I heard.
