These are mostly people who didn't bother to read the contract they signed. When I saw that they could turn off services without notice or a reason, it stopped me from going any further. You are also responsible for the remainder of the contract and they are not responsible if their equipment does not work with your system. The price sounds low until you realize you need high-speed broadband to use it.

I have been a customer for over a year, I find the service good and the reliability is, as with all voip services limited by the broadband link that you have.
I get the occasional 'lines are temporarly busy', that is all.
