there are alot of commercial diets you can feed to feeders but the best is fresh produce. you have a good list going but you can also add other fruits and veggies like melon, oranges, apple, pretty much any produce is ok. you should go with organic though so the crickets dont take in any possible pesticides or buy veggiwash. these a link u can try

Today that you identify what generate tinnitus, how can you heal it? In the unavailability of an approved medication, treatment procedures should include not just adjusting to the sensation of continual noise, but also learning to live with the many bad consequences that may be related with the problem.

Investigate has emerged suggesting tinnitus is both an audiological and psychological event, stimulating three areas of the brain:
1) Basic auditory nervous system, that decide what sounds you listen to,
2) Limbic system, which is responsible for emotions and some memory operations, and
3) Autonomic nervous system, which handles the stress and relaxation responses.

The best thing to feed them is a powdered gutload made specifically for crickets. It is well balanced nutrition for them. You can offer vegies and fruits on the side, but these things do not contain all the nutrients needed to pass on good nutrition to your reptiles. This website has a homemade formula that I use--my crickets are healthy, live a long time, and my reptiles are in excellent health.

What you're feeding should suffice. I usually throw a potato and some oatmeal in there as well.
