Pressure is generally classed as the opposite to Vacuum.
However, a pressure of say, 300mmHg Absolute will be a pressure below that of the atmosphere (760mmHg) and is therefore a partial vacuum, but, it is a Pressure also as it's above Absolute Zero Pressure..
So you could say that 'Vacuum is a Pressure below that of the atmosphere')
(I'll get shot down in flames here by the thumbs downers....
It is often said that vacuum is a 'Negative Pressure', like, if you remove the atmosphere, it will be -14.7psi or
-760mmHg'..etc)'.

High Pressure or the presence of matter. A vacuum is the absence of matter... unless you're asking about the home appliance. The opposite of that home appliance is a 2-year old and a couple of dogs.

not everything has an opposite. In the case of gravity, I suppose the opposite would be antigravity, and I know of no evidence that antigravity even exists.
So, probabley a blower.. or something..
