Everybody knows black slims down a person. Everybody knows Kirstie's been on the diet, and failed it on and off for years, and now Valerie looks more hippy than she did, when she first started the Jenny Craig Commercials! Does this "diet" really work, or do you think it's another diet scam?

And there's also another little trick no one outside the industry talks about.... the "slimming" lens. They have special lenses that make everything appear narrower than they actually are. Oprah Winfrey has used them.

A lot of these diets will work short term, but eventually the body adapts to the new regime, and then the pounds often come back, with a vengeance.

I also look at these dresses and wonder if anyone is really duped. It's like the costumes you'll see female impersonators in. They are cleverly designed to fool the eye.

I'm starting to believe that the only solution for most people is to lift weights in the gym, drink lots of water, and hike a lot. The rest just burns calories the wrong way.

half of the time they never work and yeah you are right. they are darn not fooling us with this diet thingy
