She's more of a country girl, loves horses and pigs, pretty dry sense of humor and very sarcastic. Remember that I'm not exactly made of money.
I want to give her a good gift though. Last year (before I really got to know her) I gave her 2 dead batteries lol. She wasn't amused, but I definitely was! So I want to get a better gift this year.

Think about what she needs or would like to have that is with in your means.
A Christmas card with a gift certificate would do if you can't think of anything.
You can always invite her out for a special night out just for the 2 of you.
Sometimes the best gift is having someone to share a special time with.

I am not much for gifts but I would say a nicely hand written card telling her why you find her to be such a good friend and some nice flowers.

you can buy or make a card (my cousin's 16 nd she's creative) with horses and pigs.
for a real gift, maybe you could give her a stuff toy.
